Following rumors reported in the press, the Company confirms that its shareholders have entered into advanced discussions with Ardian, one of the world's leading private equity firms, with a view to selling control of the Company.

At this stage of the discussions, there is no guarantee that they will lead to the signature of a transaction or any other definitive agreement.

In this context, the Company will make no further comment on this eventuality, and will communicate in due course, in strict compliance with applicable regulations.
